The exclusive handmade estate-grown wines showcase the uniqueness of the Mornington Peninsula region, a cooler climate with rich soils. The moderate use of French barriques provides a subtle oak throughout the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
The estate also offers a seasonal menu which complements the wine produced from the vineyard.
The co-located Cocoa Rouge Chocolaterie has you covered for all your chocolate, ice cream and coffee needs.

Our cool climate wines are all single vineyard premium wines. Our grapes are carefully handpicked and only the finest winemaking practices have been employed by the highly regarded winemaker Michael Kyberd. The wine is matured in French barriques to produce a wine of excellent quality, style and definition.

Located at Mont Rouge Estate, Cocoa Rouge is a chocolaterie showcasing local Mornington Peninsula produce paired with the finest French and Belgium chocolate. Our artisan hand-made chocolates and ice cream embrace both traditional and innovative techniques and flavours. All of our chocolates and ice cream are made on the premises in our chocolate kitchen.

Mont Rouge Estate and Cocoa Rouge Chocolaterie are located on the Mornington Peninsula hinterland in Red Hill. The 9 acre property features 4 acres of vines and an establishing orchard to supply our Chocolaterie.
The estate is family owned and operated and well known for its friendly hospitality.
