The exclusive handmade estate-grown wines showcase the uniqueness of the Mornington Peninsula region, a cooler climate with rich soils. The moderate use of French barriques provides a subtle oak throughout the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
The estate also offers a seasonal menu which complements the wine produced from the vineyard.
The co-located Cocoa Rouge Chocolaterie has you covered for all your chocolate, ice cream and coffee needs.

Our Wine
Sophisticated vineyard wines of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Shiraz.
Our cool climate wines are all single vineyard premium wines. Our grapes are carefully handpicked and only the finest winemaking practices have been employed by the highly regarded winemaker Michael Kyberd. The wine is matured in French barriques to produce a wine of excellent quality, style and definition.

$39pp – delicious share plates served over three tiers:

Current menu is gluten and nut free… other dietary requirements can be catered for with a minimum of 48hrs advance notice.
Please note table bookings for 120 minutes and bookings are highly recommended. Our maximum group size for lunch is 9 people.
After lunch, treat yourself to coffee, chocolates & ice cream at the co-located chocolaterie.
GARDEN MENU
During the week our Garden Menu is available for snacks or a light lunch. No need to book for weekdays – our Garden Menu is walk-in only.

Located at Mont Rouge Estate, Cocoa Rouge is a chocolaterie showcasing local Mornington Peninsula produce paired with the finest French and Belgium chocolate. Our artisan hand-made chocolates and ice cream embrace both traditional and innovative techniques and flavours. All of our chocolates and ice cream are made on the premises in our chocolate kitchen.
A LITTLE ABOUT US
Mont Rouge Estate and Cocoa Rouge Chocolaterie are located on the Mornington Peninsula hinterland in Red Hill. The 9 acre property features 4 acres of vines and an establishing orchard to supply our Chocolaterie.
The estate is family owned and operated and well known for its friendly hospitality.
